Teachers of Sportsmanship
As former players, we realize how important a positive coaching experience can be. We are looking for coaches that can teach skills and sportsmanship while promoting an overall fun time for the athletes. Anyone can be a successful coach if they are dedicated and passionate about kids and football.

What we’re looking for
It’s important to remember that the coach dictates what kind of experience the athletes will have with flag football. Positive coaching promotes confidence in players and teaches life lessons illustrating that winning is not the most important thing.
Teachers
Be able to teach skills and sportsmanship to kids ages 7 – 13.
Dedication
Be able to dedicate one practice day, and one game day each week. Games will be on Friday nights at Santiago Canyon College.
Knowledge
Have knowledge of flag football and rules of the game.
communication
Be willing to communicate with parents and league directors.
